Symmetry Dance Studio is offering a 5 week series of adult classes starting November 5th up until December 10th! Classes are scheduled for every Tuesday, Wednesday from 6:25-7:10pm. These engaging classes for 18 years+ are in tap, ballet, and barre fitness. Designed for all skill levels, these classes provide a welcoming space to build technique, stay active, and enjoy the art of dance in a supportive community!
Designed and taught by our director, Blythe Alexander, Turbo Tap Fitness is a high-energy class combining the rhythm and fun of tap dance with a cardio workout. Perfect for all levels, this class boosts endurance, strengthens muscles, and improves coordination—all while tapping to upbeat music for a full-body fitness experience.
Adult Ballet at Symmetry offers a welcoming environment to build strength, flexibility, and grace. This class focuses on technique, alignment, and artistry, allowing adults of all experience levels to enjoy the beauty of ballet while enhancing their fitness and poise.
Ballet Barre & Core Fitness is a dynamic class that combines ballet-inspired barre exercises with core-strengthening movements. This workout is designed to improve balance, tone muscles, and increase flexibility, providing a full-body workout that enhances both strength and stability. Perfect for all fitness levels!
