Symmetry Dance Company uses the BAND app to keep dancers and families organized. We share choreography videos, reminders, and updates so your dancer can stay on track throughout the season.

🚨 How to Join BAND (Step-by-Step)

1. Download the BAND App. BAND is free for both iOS and Android:

   → [Click to download on Google Play (Android)]
2. Join the Right Group
   Each level (Group A, Apprentice Co., etc.) has its own BAND group.
   Click the link for your dancer’s level (links can be found from email or list below)
   You will receive a notification that Blythe Alexander (our director) has invited you to join the group. Click accept. 
3. Check BAND Regularly
   We post choreography videos, announcements, and updates in your level’s group.
   • 📹 Practice videos are posted so students can rehearse at home! 
   • 📅 Events, reminders, and notes are shared regularly

🎯 Important: Students are expected to check BAND and use the videos to practice outside of class.

Using Remind is a simple, easy way to receive text messages from Symmetry with important updates, information, and other announcements. 

🚨 How to Join Remind (Step-by-Step)

1. Text "@symmetry" to 81010
2. You will receive a separate text message. Once you get a text from the app, save the contact as Symmetry. 
3. All updates, cancellations, or if there is an emergency will now be texted to your phone number.
