All dancers must arrive by 9:00am.  Please arrive already dressed with hair and stage makeup ready for your first number in the show. We recommend wearing the base of your first costume (for example, the leotard and tights without the skirt) with something over it to coverup and protect the costume that may easily be removed (a sweater, jacket, sweatpants, leggings, etc.) as to not mess up hair or makeup until you have arrived and it is time to go backstage and finish getting ready. Please bring all necessary shoes and accessories. Please refer to the show order and the attire section for what you should arrive in. 

• All necessary attire, including costumes, leotards, shoes, tights, and any designated accessories from home or provided by your teacher. See the attire section for specific information about each class.
• Bobby pins, hair spray, hair nets
• Extra makeup (lipstick, blush, eyeshadow) for touch-ups
• Water 
• Snacks 

• Parking for rehearsal and the show will be street parking or the lot caddy corner from the school across from the Wendy's. 
• Please use the theater entrance.
• Please refer to the posted signage and follow to the backstage area. Our staff members will be floating around to direct you if necessary. 
• Once you arrive, please check-in with Miss Blythe and go to the designated classroom or dressing room for your class/level. 

• Dancers: please be ready to perform your dances onstage promptly (hair done, makeup done, shoes on, costume on). After your first dance is done,  you should begin getting ready for the next one IMMEDIATELY. This will help rehearsal run smoother and keep the schedule timely. 
• Parents are welcome to sit in the audience and watch the showcase until rehearsal is over.  
• Flash photography is permitted during dress rehearsal only, and the show is recorded by Symmetry to be shared with everyone. 
• We expect rehearsal to run for several hours. Please understand there is no scheduled end-time as it will go until every dance has been rehearsed onstage and the entire show run-through is complete. 
• Updates about rehearsal progress will be posted on Remind, Facebook, and through email so parents have a rough estimate about when pick-up time will be.
